I was told to take pictures of my car myself after a deer accident….no help from this guy whatsoever…except I was told to take my car to some body shop in Waunakee—Collision Masters. Very arrogant jerks and never got an estimate. I had been with State Farm since 2002…wheres Dan Arnold?

This place is typical of no customer service skills whatsoever…
