"I recently worked with State Farm for my car insurance policies. We worked through adding family members to an existing policy as well as starting a new policy. Jake Merfeld, the agent I worked with, is a very clear communicator, exceptionally polite and fast, and helped make the process very smooth. I basically just sent him the details I had and he processed the policy super quickly. It really couldn't have been easier on my end."

"It's always annoying to get the hard sell from a local agent after doing some online insurance shopping. The rates I received were promising from State Farm, so I did reach out to Eli. She got the hint that I wanted to work via text and email initially. Got me some solid quotes before we finalized over the phone. Everything else after that was normal online onboarding. So far, so good."
